Speakers Bureau is setup within Toastmasters for the following purposes:		click to enlarge
1)	To promote Toastmasters
2)	To contribute to the society by providing a pool of quality speakers to speak on various occasions
3)	To provide experienced speakers an extended stage in giving speeches or presentations outside the comfort zone of their club environment

For the past years, aside from being invited to serve as judges in various speech contests such as the Basic Law Speech Contest and the English Public Speaking Contest, Toastmasters in Hong Kong were invited to conduct a series of Art of Expression Course, within the Capacity Building Mileage Programmes, for one of the collaborating women's groups and service agencies, Aberdeen Kaifong Welfare Association. Toastmasters from Speakers Bureau served as workshop leaders. The program participants are mostly housewives who would like to gain more confidence through improved communication skills. Speakers Bureau is open to Toastmasters in Hong Kong who would like to contribute to the community and share what they've learned from Toastmasters.
